How can I fix the coating on the lens on my glasses?

The coating has come off quite a bit part of one of my glasses lenses, the optometrist said it might be because i got flyspray or somethin gon it which has dissolved the coating.

Now the part where the coating has come off glares when other people look at it, it doesn't affect me at all. Just wondering if anyway knows any way to fix this? Without having to pay for a new pair of glasses...

go to a glasses shop like lenscrafters or something (where I live there are a bunch of rx glasses boutiques that are better quality service). See if they can repaint on the coating on that lens. If not, just get that one lens replaced. That would be much less expensive than a whole new pair of glasses (frames, both lenses) Where I go one lens would be probably $50-$100 depending if you get lightweight, anti reflection etc.
