Full Page Magnifying

what wrong with my hp pavilion laptop ,help please?

It takes almost 10 minutes to open,i cant read anything on the tool bar , desktop as they appear in small bits,the page has to be magnified to 200% to be visible and redeable.
-It tell me that the harddisk is full yet when i delete the files it recommends nothing changes.I thought for once that it was the screen that was at fault but when i connect to another monitor the same problem is there!its like everything has been congested together and looks very tiny in a funny way.
What the heck is going on here?

You might have changed your screen resolution. Try to see if you can set it back to your screen's native resolution, if it has changed.
